I used left over bamboo fleece to make this bunting. I taped the fleece to the back of the hoop, and placed it on the top of the hoop as well over a double layer of tear-away stabilizer. Then sewed the first outline and trimmed the sheep back and front. I then taped over the sheep with clear tape (scotch tape) before sewing the black details. Water soluble stabilizer would work as well, but tape is cheaper. Then pop your sheep out over the hoop and you are ready to go. If you use a black bobbin thread, the back of the sheep will look pretty much like the front. Any stray bits of fleece that peep through can be coloured with a black sharpie.
